The James Webb Space Telescope, launching this year, is set to change the world of astronomy. An international collaboration between NASA, the Canadian Space Agency and the European Agency, it will allow astronomers to discover alien worlds, study distant galaxies and change our view of the Universe.

Produced and hosted by Misha Gajewski and Sara Mazrouei. Stories by: Hilding Neilson is an astronomer at the University of Toronto, where he studies stellar and exoplanet astrophysics. He’s Mi'kmaw from the island of Newfoundland and a member of the Qalipu First Nation.

During these family-friendly sessions, a DDO Astronomer will answer your questions about the observatory, astronomy and space, telescopes, and the motions of the sky using powerful astronomy software and eye-catching visuals!
