Planetarium Day for Little Astronomers - March 2024

March Break at the RHDDO!

This program has been designed so the little astronomers in the Family can join in this great learning experience!

Enter a Digital Portable Planetarium and take a journey through the universe led by a DDO astronomer.

We’ll tour the night sky, travel through space, and see immersive full dome movies.

The unscripted format will allow guests to experience a variety of topics.

Ask our astronomer questions and see the answers in a planetarium setting.

Please note that all guests will sit on a clean floor.

After your program ends, you are welcome to take a self-guided tour through the RHDDO Observatory and see the big telescope.

All individuals/family members attending this program must be registered and a registered adult must accompany any registered participants under the age of 16.

Fee:

- up to 14 years old : $15.69

- 15 or more years old : $17.72

Registration:

- 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM : ActiveRH

- 11:15 AM to 12:45 PM: ActiveRH
