Recreational Astronomy Night - Nov. 1, 2023

Join us for our monthly recreational astronomy night meeting. This is where our members get to show their latest projects or give tutorials and tips on just about everything to do with astronomy.

Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023 - 7:30pm to 9:30pm
This meeting will be IN PERSON at the Ontario Science Centre and ON LINE as well. The speakers and presentations are as follows:

• Andy Beaton - The sky this month
• Frank Dempsey - Variable star photometry using a photoelectric photometer: still valuable after 35 years
• Chris Vaughan, Tony Horvatin - Blake Nancarrow in memoriam

Who can attend: Everyone
Fee: Free
Registration: Not required
Location: Gemini East room. Enter through main entrance and immediately turn right and follow the hallway to the far end.  Map
Parking: Parking is free in the north lot
