RHDDO Tom Talks Astronomy - October 2026: "Halloween in the Cosmos - The Hunt (Haunt?) for Alien Life"

Join us for a family-friendly, multimedia talk hosted by TEDx speaker Tom Vassos!

Participate in hands-on activities, ask the speaker questions, and view the stars through the 74" telescope (weather permitting).

Abstract: 

Where are all the aliens? Why haven’t we met them yet? What do they look like? Are UFOs really evidence of visiting aliens? When and where might we discover alien life in the future? Living in the golden age of astronomy and space exploration, we could uncover the answers in our lifetimes.
