Stargazing Night - May 2023

First clear night on May 29 - June 2 at sunset

Bring Your Own Binoculars and observe the sky from the David Dunlap Observatory!

Join us at sunset to learn to use star charts and basic observing techniques, then use your binoculars to follow a guided tour through the night sky, and stay after the tour to practice your new skills.

Volunteers will be on site to help with target identification and to answer your questions.

Please wear / bring appropriate supplies for being outside.

Please note that there is no building or washroom access during this program.

All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

This program is weather dependent. Please stay tuned for GO or NO-GO call.

No ticket is required for this event.
