RASC, Mississauga Centre: Astronomy Night at the Riverwood Conservancy

Explore the universe with members of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada. Telescopes will be set up to provide stellar views of the Moon, the planets and more. Astronomy Nights fill up fast, be sure to register to save your place for space!

Important Information

Road access to Chappell Lawn will be closed. Please park in the main parking lot and walk over. You will be asked your name at the barrier in order to enter the event.

Please bring a mask, which we kindly ask you wear when looking through a telescope.

If weather conditions are not ideal for star gazing, we will cancel the event at 12:00 pm on April 12, and postpone the event to Wednesday, April 13. Please watch your email, including your spam/junk folder, for updates if weather becomes a concern.

Refunds

Refunds may only be processed if you cancel your registration five or more business days before event day. Advanced cancellations are subject to administrative fees. No refunds will be given for no-shows or for program fees totaling $10 or less due to processing fees.
