Amadeus Choir: Of Heart and Tide: The Gift of Water
As part of their 40th Anniversary Celebration Season, the Amadeus Choir will present "Of Heart and Tide: The Gift of Water" on April 11 at 7:30 p.m. at Trinity-St. Paul's Centre (Jeanne Lamon Hall) with famed Canadian astronaut Dr. Roberta Bondar. Hosted by Ben Heppner, performances by the Choir will include the music of Eric Whitacre, Dr. Bondar's incredible piece about water and the universe, as well as a wonderful new premiere by Canadian composer Sid Robinovitch, commissioned for the Amadeus Choir in memory of Geoffrey and Irene Parsons. Dr. Roberta Bondar will be there to speak and present her own breathtaking photos on the theme of water. This is a multi-media event you won't want to miss!
