Going back to the Babylonians, Ron MacNaughton, a member of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada - Toronto Centre, explains what they knew and how close some of their calculations were to what we know to be true today at the August 9th 2017 Recreational Astronomy Night Meeting at the Ontario Science Centre.
