Catherine has been a member of the RASC Toronto Centre since 2005 and is a keen visual observer. In the past she has served the Centre as a Councillor and Recorder before stepping back from volunteer service to have her baby, Stella. She currently serves the TC as a Councillor as well as on the Finance Committee.

Catherine has 20 years of accounting experience and is currently the Financial Controller at Whiteoaks Communications Group, a radio and digital broadcaster.

Catherine has organized astronomy expeditions for Toronto Centre members most recently the 

2013 visit to the Algonquin Radio Observatory, and was a participant in the 2012 TC tour of SNOlab. 

Catherine is keen to give something back to the TC for the enjoyment she and her husband Steve have received from club activities. She is amenable to taking on the TC Treasurer role when called upon.
